Shipping Information: Orders for instock items will take approximately 2-3 Business days to process. They will be shipped after processed. The orders will be ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. If you are placing a new order not in stock, these will take 16 weeks to arrive into our warehouse.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: All Sales are final! No returns are accepted once the order is processed and shipped. Cancellation can be made to the order within one buisness day of ordering by contacting us by phone and speaking to a representative or by emailing within one day of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or returned!

Can you order another size or another color if the dress shown is described as one particular size or color? We are an authorize dealer of Casablanca Bridals and Jordan Fashions and can reorder these dresses in difference sizes and colors. Other merchandise with other vendors, the store only carries certian sizes and colors. What is shown and described next to the picture is what is purchased. The store does this so that they can better serve the customer by offering competitive wholesale pricing.

Are the dresses new with the tags still attached? Yes all merchandise is brand new with the orginal vendor tags still attached. All dresses are originals not replicas!

Can I return merchandise? All sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Orders can be cancelled within one day of placing the order. The Order needs to be canceled by speaking with a customer service representative by phone at 985-781-4370 (open 9:00am to 5:00pm) or by emailing one day after placing the order.
